Would give 0 stars if I could. Charging absolutely OUTRAGEOUS prices for an AC recharge and trying to upsell me on new tires (just bought new tires 10k miles ago). Charging SIX DOLLARS an oz for r134a refrigerant (COSTS 1.50$ an ounce wholesale and they buy it for half that). Somehow, one ounce of dye costs 10$. And lastly, there’s a 52$ charge for the AC performance check, which is somehow not included in the 185$ Air Conditioning 134A service. To put 10 ounces of 134A in an 2010 Corolla with a leak test it costed me 350$. Do not go to Firestone for any reason.

These guys are always ready to take care of a customer. I called at 6:15 PM and asked if they could take a screw out of my tire for me. They took me right in. The screw ended up being so small, they removed and just had to make sure there were no leaks - there weren't any. I appreciate them taking me in and taking their time so late in the day with barely any notice. You guys are the best and I cant express how friendly and professional they are. Thank you so much!

When I arrived in this Firestone location in High Point, I was greeted right away... The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. The waiting room area was very clean... By far the best customer service ever... Ed and Robert went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and I am truly a satisfied customer... Great Team...

My wife had a flat, we came an hour before close. They not only gave great service, but got it done really quick and took care of us. I'm back today for the other 3 tires and once again great service, really took care of us. 5 stars A++++ don't trust anyone else, come here for great care.
